Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026. This page sets out what each side is entitled to, what each side owes, and what happens when something goes wrong — worth reading once so nothing surprises you later.

1. What we provide

BuffViet sells social media engagement packages: views, likes, followers, live stream viewers, website traffic and similar services. Most packages run automatically the moment you order; a few are marked handled manually and are carried out by staff during business hours.

2. Your account

  • Keeping your email and password safe is your own responsibility.
  • We recommend turning on two-factor authentication under Account.
  • Changing your password signs out every other device — use it if you suspect a leak.
  • Forgot your password? Use the recovery form. If you can't get into your email, contact support and we'll issue a reset link.

3. Your wallet

Money in your wallet pays for orders on this site. A transfer carrying the right reference (your personal code, shown on the Wallet page) is credited automatically within seconds. Without the reference the transaction is still recorded, and credited once we have matched it.

Every charge and every refund appears in your wallet history against the order it belongs to. For payouts from your wallet, please contact support and we'll walk you through it case by case.

4. Placing orders and delivery

  • The link you submit must be public and must stay unchanged for as long as the order is running.
  • Quantity is counted from the moment the order starts; whatever was already there doesn't count.
  • Completion time depends on the package and the quantity; the speed described on a package is an estimate, not a promise.

5. What you should know before you buy

This part matters, so we'll be blunt:

  • Platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram do not officially permit boosting engagement through outside services. The decision to use them is yours, and so is the risk to your account.
  • We will never ask for the password to your social media account. Every service here needs nothing but a public link. If anyone asks for your password in BuffViet's name, it is a scam.
  • We do not promise that a video will trend, that your sales will grow, or that numbers will stay forever. Numbers can drop — top-ups are handled under our refund and warranty policy.

6. What you may not use this for

Do not use the service for unlawful content, scams, defamation, or anything meant to harm someone else's account. We may refuse such orders and return the money to your wallet.

7. Pricing

Prices are quoted per 1,000 units and can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order; an order already placed is never charged more if the price goes up afterwards.

8. Your personal data

We store only what running the service requires: your email, your order history, your wallet history and the links you submit with orders. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back by anyone. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. To have your account deleted, contact support.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend an account if we find payment fraud, abuse of the system (mass automated ordering), or behaviour that harms other customers. Any legitimate wallet balance is still handled under the refund policy.

10. Support and complaints

Support hours: 8am–10pm daily. (Contact details are being updated.) When raising a complaint, include the order ID so we can look it up quickly.

11. General terms

This relationship is governed by Vietnamese law. If a dispute arises, both sides will try to settle it by talking first. These terms may be updated; any new version is published on this page with its date.
